samar aldahan: 1/5 – Dr. Zaha speaks proudly of her studies in the US, but in my experience I did not receive the most basic standard of care. I paid 100 JDs for a 'consultation' in which I was told I had TMJ, an obvious diagnosis & to address it I was asked to pay 1200 JDs for a nightguard, a piece of plastic. Because of the cost, I did not continue treatment. When I requested my clinical notes, none were provided, and my messages to her team went unanswered. I was a previous patient of Dr. Zaha as a child and received orthodontic care from her, so this experience was disappointing because I used to look up to her. She pointed out that I may suffer from canting, which turns out to be an oversight on her end during my treatment at her clinic. I hope the fees collected from me can be used for an ethics class. :) P.S. If you are suffering from TMJ and need a mouthguard, go to any other dentist. I was able to get one for 150 JDs. For treatment, I was asked to pay 1200 JDs for a "nighttime mouthguard," which is just a piece of plastic! Because of this exorbitant cost, I couldn't continue treatment. When I requested my medical reports, they weren't provided, and my messages to her team went unanswered. I have been a patient of Dr. Zaha since childhood and received orthodontic treatment from her, so this experience was disappointing because I considered her a role model. The doctor indicated that I might have a "canting" (misalignment of the bite), which turned out to be a mistake or oversight on her part during my previous treatment at her clinic. I hope the fees collected from me will be used to enroll her in a course on professional ethics. Note: If you have temporomandibular joint problems and need a mouthguard, go to another doctor; I was able to get one for only 150 dinars.

I came, and they gave me advice, cleaned my teeth, and two days later my braces were tightened. The service was excellent, and thank you to the very helpful staff and Dr. Zaha for her excellent work.

Dr. Zaha is an exceptional orthodontist who pays attention to every detail, she and her assistant Josie did a phenomenal job with my braces, and were very friendly and caring. I actually looked forward to my appointments! Additionally, the staff were very professional and polite, I always felt welcomed. If you are in need of an orthodontist I would strongly suggest seeing Dr. Zaha and giving this clinic a shot!
